Kind Reminder

-When doing muscle strength training, it is recommended to use high resistance, low reps, each training 1-3 groups, each group repeat 8-12 times, rest 1-2 minutes between groups. At the beginning of training, schedule at least twice a week, and then it can be increased to three or four times a week. -If doing muscular endurance training, it is recommended to use low resistance and high reps, each training 1-3 groups, each group repeats 12-20 times, rest between groups for 1 minute. The best training frequency is four times a week. -Put away mat into dry&cool room when cleaned up
